The Emerald Windows Sun Lounge is a multi-purpose room that brings more space, more light and more comfort into your home. This room for living is constructed to exacting specifications and standards. Design can be either traditional or in keeping with the style of your home. Windows are double glazed and with either an attractive brick or plaster finish; which is optional; ensures that the sun lounge is as pleasing to the eye externally as it is internally.

This package includes:

• One-to-one consultation
• Personal or preferential design
• Basic structure construction, including a fully insulated base and walls
• Interior construction including electronics, you choice of plaster, timber ceiling or tongue and grove timber sheeting (depending on your design choice).

If you are interested in adding value to your home then the Guardian Sunroom is the perfect addition. The Guardian Roof allows you to have an extension to your living space that you can use all year round. The roof is perfect for a new build application and because it's designed to be lightweight, you can easily replace an existing conservatory roof.

• The Room Outside

Externally Speaking, the Room Outside is aesthetically superior to its conventional rival, insofar as its tiles and capping are streamlined and unobtrusive. Not relying on bulky portal frames or concrete or brick columns, its lightweight facet provides for more options in relation to window and door selection.

• Roof Finishes

There are three tile finishes available with the Guardian Roof; Mahogany, Spanish Red, and Charcoal. This allows the fitter to provide a sunroom that matches the roof of the existing house.
